The investments invested in the measure will lead to: diversification of the business activity and the creation of new employment opportunities, outside agriculture, development of services, crafts and tourism, combining natural and cultural values on the territory. This will lead to job creation in activities based on local resources.
The sub-measure will support the development of "green economy" technologies, including renewable energy for own consumption. Supporting investment in non-agricultural activities is essential for sustainable growth and European development of Belene and Nikopol municipalities.
