Sub-measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings" of measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the RDP 2014-2020 aims to increase the competitiveness of agriculture in the Republic of Bulgaria by:
(a) restructuring and development of available material capacity on holdings;
(b) promoting the introduction of new technologies in the production and modernization of physical capital and increasing the resilience, resilience and preparedness of farms for the challenges and opportunities of the ecological and digital transition;
(c) increasing energy efficiency on agricultural holdings and / or protecting environmental components;
(d) compliance with European Union (EU) standards and improvement of conditions on agricultural holdings;
(e) promoting cooperation between farmers;
(f) improving the quality of agricultural products produced;
(g) providing opportunities for the production of organic agricultural products
