The procedure aims:
- To ensure the activities of the MA in programming, implementation, monitoring, control and evaluation of OPGG;
- To enhance the administrative capacity of MA for effective and efficient management of the program;
- To improve the capacity of beneficiaries to prepare and implement projects in accordance with the priorities, objectives and requirements of the program;
- To provide information and publicity about the objectives and possibilities of the program and the positive role of the Community in building an efficient and competent administration and the judicial system in Bulgaria.
