The implementation of the measure on the territory of the FLAG Shabla-Kavarna-Balchik will contribute to:

• Raising awareness of the benefits and responsibilities of available natural and marine cultural heritage;

• Promoting the dissemination of knowledge;

• Promoting the development of sustainable ecological culture and upbringing, preserving the cultural values ​​of the area and preserving the traditions related to fisheries and marine cultural heritage;

• Promoting the use of territorial identity to promote the potential for territorial development through the sustainable use of local resources;

• Improving the quality of life of the local population by adding value to the environment, by promoting and developing ecosystem services.
