The main objective of the operation is to improve the quality of emergency medical care by investing in human capital in this area.

More specifically, the operation is expected to contribute to improving knowledge and skills of staff in the system of emergency medical care throughout the country through continuing education. The activities and results of the operation will also contribute to developing the potential of employees in the system of emergency medical care, which will extend will be able to maintain and update their existing knowledge and skills and acquire new, necessary for providing quality health help. Inclusion in the continuing vocational training of medical and non-medical staff involved in the system of emergency medical care will help to increase the satisfaction of the "white" sector of high-quality workforce with specific skills that meet the highest requirements for well-prepared and trained staff.
