The main measure goals are:

- creating and saving jobs ;

- to create an alternative to the Fisheries sector jobs for the population in the region;

- diversification to activities outside the fisheries sector;

- to improve infrastructure and services in the tourism sector in the in the teriotory as a major alternative for employment outside the Fisheries sector.
