This procedure aims at:
• Increasing the number of employees employed in enterprises with introduced new systems, practices and tools for human resources development and improvement of the organization and working conditions.
The grant procedure is implemented with the financial support of the European Social Fund through the contribution of OPHRD to community-led local development.
The procedure is related to the implementation of Priority Axis 1 "Improving Access to Employment and the Quality of Workplaces", Investment Priority 7 "Adaptation of Workers, Enterprises and Entrepreneurs to Changes" of HRD OP
The projects will be implemented on the territory of LAG "Ardino - Djebel".
