The overall objective of the direct grant award procedure is to provide the necessary pre-requisites for the successful implementation of the preparatory activities needed for the launch of the construction of the Interconnector Bulgaria - Serbia, thus ensuring the safety and diversification of energy supplies for the country and the countries from South East Europe.
