The overall objective of the direct grant award procedure "Support for SMEs to grow through pilot implementation of voucher schemes by the Bulgarian Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Promotional Agency (BSMEPA)" is to increase SMEs capacity for competitive and sustainable business through provision of services connected with issue of securities on the capital markets and the use of information and communication technologies.
