The specific objectives of the procedure are in accordance with art. 3, par. 2, p.a) and p.c) from Regulation (EU) №2021/1147, Annex II, пар. 1, p.b) suporting the capacity of Member States's asylum systems as regards infrastructures and services where necessary, including at local and regional level and p.a) ensuring the uniform application of the Union acquis and of the priorities related to the Common European Asylum System from Regulation (EU) 2021/1147.
