The procedure aims to assist young people, including those without experience, to acquire practical skills. This will, on the one hand, ensure the creation of work habits, and on the other hand, support the overcoming of obstacles to employment for young people caused by the lack of qualifications, education, motivation to work, as this will increase their opportunities for income and decent participation in the labor market. The procedure supports the transition from education to employment.
