Ensuring the entire package of measures aimed at integrating the inactive and unemployed into the labor market with an emphasis on the disadvantaged. The operation for the implementation of the Specific Recommendation for 2020 "… to strengthen active policies regarding the labor market". The operation contributes to the implementation of principle 1 "Education, training and lifelong learning" and principle 4 "Active support for employment" of the European Social Pillar.

Within the framework of Component 2 "Training", an opportunity will be provided for anticipatory training of personnel based on identified needs of employers, as well as for sectors specified in various strategic documents. The aim is to train individuals to meet the needs of employers in sectors where a shortage of personnel has been identified.
