Completed/terminated procedure

With this procedure of direct grant aid targets:

- To increase the capacity for planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and monitoring of policies in the field of social services, social assistance and child protection by implementing integrated information system developed by the Agency for Social Assistance (ICI ASA)

- To support the process of deinstitutionalization of children and adults through support for quality community based social services and building and building capacity for conducting key reforms in the social sector

- To establish the model of regional planning of social services, taking into account the best practices for services themselves, as well as models for cooperation at local level by carrying out research and analysis and implementation of best practices.
