This procedure aims to improve the working environment in enterprises by providing good and safe working conditions, as well as innovative, more productive and greener ways of organizing work and managing human resources, which in turn expects to improve the quality of jobs and to reflect positively on enterprise productivity.

The working conditions in enterprises will be more adequate to the needs of the external economic environment and the internal needs of the employees.
