Providing compensation to commercial fishing operators for the additional costs they have incurred due to the market disruption caused by Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine and the consequences of this aggression on the supply chain of fisheries and aquaculture products by providing the grant in in relation to the provisions of Article 68, paragraph 3 of Regulation (EU) No. 508/2014 of European Parliament and Council of 15 May 2014, on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2022/1278 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 July 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 508/2014 with regard to special mitigation measures of the effects of Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine on fisheries and to limit the impact of the market disruption caused by this war of aggression on the supply chain of fisheries and aquaculture products.
