This budget line is the simple form of granting the direct beneficiaries - 39 municipalities of cities from 1st to 3rd level according to the National Spatial Development Concept for the period 2013-2025, intended to finance the costs in order to ensure their activities in the management and implementation of their investment programs for the period to 2023 and its functions of intermediate bodies under Priority Axis 1 "Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development" of Operational Program "Regions in growth "2014-2020
