The main objective of the measure is to promote social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development in the Struma LAG through:
1) Improvement of environment and quality of life in settlements;
2) Provision of basic services to the population of the municipalities of Simitli, Kresna and Strumyani, and access to them in the fields of education, social care, culture, public works, physical culture, sports and recreation, etc.
3) Increasing the attractiveness of the LAG's territory by upgrading the infrastructure.
