According to Article 21 and Annex VII of Regulation (EU) 2021/1147, Annex II, par.3, point (a) - ensuring the uniform application of the acquis and policy priorities regarding infrastructure, procedures and services of Regulation (EU) 2021/1147 and Art, paragraph 2(c) of Regulation 2021/1147, Annex 2, paragraph 3(b) - support for an integrated and coordinated approach to return management at Union and Member State level towards the development of capacities for effective, dignified and sustainable return and towards the reduction of incentives for irregular migration of Regulation (EU) 2021/1147.
