Outcome 3 aims to stimulate greater social cohesion in Bulgaria through improved mutual understanding between the majority and minority cultures with a focus on the Roma. The Outcome will seek to increase access to arts and culture by ethnic and cultural minorities, as well as to strengthen their involvement through cultural and educational events, exhibitions and documentation of cultural history with a focus on and access to Roma culture.
