The assistance under the procedure aims at achieving the objectives of the measure:
1. encouragement and setting-up of producer groups and organizations in the agricultural sector;
2. supporting the production and the supply of high quality agricultural products meeting European standards and market requirements;
3. facilitating the access to the market for small and medium-sized farms.
