This procedure aims to increase efficiency and productivity in enterprises operating on the territory of the LAG - Momchilgrad and Krumovgrad municipalities, by ensuring healthy and safe working conditions, on-the-job training, introducing flexible forms of employment and supporting the introduction of practices to improve human resource management systems.
The implementation of the measure will contribute to improving the working environment, work organization and human resources management, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs and to positively affect labor productivity in enterprises. Working conditions in enterprises will be better suited to the needs of the external economic environment and the internal needs of employees.
