The purpose of the procedure is to provide a modern and high-tech material base in vocational high schools with a view to turning them into Centers for Excellence in Vocational Education and Training (CE in VET), which will provide an opportunity for modern training in vocational training for students within of school education responding to societal transformations in the XXI century and the changing demands of the labor market.
