The purpose of the procedure is the integration of unemployed persons from all age groups registered in the Labor Office into employment with an employer through training tailored to the individual needs of the workplace and the provision of an employment subsidy.
The procedure is aimed at supporting the employment of unemployed persons in real business employers, municipal enterprises and municipalities.
