The operation aims to support the employed by taking preventive actions, including providing opportunities for qualification, retraining and acquiring new skills in order to adapt to the modern requirements of employers. Increasing the adequacy and skills of employees, according to the current needs of the business, leads to an increase in labor productivity, creating conditions for sustainable employment and providing better quality jobs.
