The objectives of the measure are to encourage the inclusion of local populations in common initiatives for the study and preservation of heritage and natural resources, the development of children and young people in the field of arts and sport.

• Discovering the richness of the local cultural, historical and natural heritage and increasing the public interest in its preservation;

• Increasing the quality of life of the local population by adding value to the environment, the landscape and diversification of leisure time;

• Stimulating the physical, intellectual, creative development of the population without regard to age and gender;
