The procedure aims to provide preconditions for creating sustainable jobs for unemployed and inactive people. This objective will be achieved through a combination of measures to provide appropriate training, including in the workplace, and to provide various incentives for employers to create new jobs. The procedure will focus on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market.
With the implementation of this procedure, it is expected to attract employers in the territory of LAG-Maglizh, Kazanlak, Gurkovo, which in conditions of subsidized employment for up to 12 months per person and with the commitment to retain at least half of the employed in the newly created jobs to create new jobs for at least 12 months after the end of subsidized employment, thus aiming to create new opportunities for the formation of skills and work habits in persons (inactive, young people up to 29 years, people over 54 years or long unemployed) who have not yet been formed or lost due to a prolonged absence from the labor market The ability of the target group to acquire professional and / or key skills in the course of their employment will guarantee an increase in the adequacy of their skills in the specific employer, but also in the labor market as a whole, will increase their productivity, create conditions for sustainable employment and create better jobs in the territory of LAG-Maglizh, Kazanluk, Gurkovo. "
