The objective of the measure (measure outside the scope of the measures of Regulation (EC) № 1305/2013), under which this procedure is announced, corresponds to Objective 3 of EU Regulation 1305/2013 - "Achieving balanced territorial development of economies and communities in rural areas, including the creation and maintenance of employment‖ and directly contributes to the achievement of Priority OSB6 to strengthen the territorial competitiveness of rural areas by improving the quality of life and business conditions of Objective 3 of the RDP 2014-2020 - "Socio-economic development of rural areas, providing new jobs, poverty reduction, social inclusion and a better quality of life
