The main objective is to improve the quality and to create new basic services for the population and to improve the infrastructure in the villages.The procedure is implemented under Measure 7.2. "Investments in the creation, improvement or expansion of all types of small scale infrastructure" by the Panagyurishte, Strelcha, Lesichovo "LIFE, which aims to promote social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development in rural areas.

The procedure is in line with Priority 4 of the Framework Program - Improving the Quality of Life of the Territory and will contribute to the achievement of Specific Objective 4.1 "Increasing Investment in Small-Scale Infrastructure in Villages" and Specific Objective 4.2 "Improving Quality and Creating New basic services to the population ".
