The objective of the measure (measure outside the scope of the measures of Regulation (EC) № 1305/2013), under which this procedure is announced, corresponds to Objective 3 of EU Regulation 1305/2013 - “Achieving balanced territorial development of economies and communities in rural areas, including the creation and maintenance of employment ‖ and directly contributes to the achievement of Priority OSB6 for strengthening the territorial competitiveness of rural areas, by improving the quality of life and business conditions of Objective 3 of the RDP 2014-2020, "Rural socio-economic development, providing new jobs, poverty reduction, social inclusion and a better quality of life
