The overall objective of the operation is to contribute to the fuller support and social inclusion of persons with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities receiving residential care, including those persons in specialised institutions, through the implementation of measures for social inclusion through the development of skills for independence, personal development and others.
The implementation of the activities under the procedure also aims at expanding the possibilities for improving the quality of life of persons with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities placed in residential services. The provision of affordable, high quality and sustainable services is one of the effective tools for improving their quality of life and for their full inclusion in the society.
