The purpose of this procedure is to support the establishment of a Defence Innovation Centre (DIC) in which to carry out research and innovation in the field of dual-use technologies by planning, coordinating and conducting research, stimulating technological development and implementing innovative dual-use solutions, which will contribute to ensuring the strategic independence of the Republic of Bulgaria.
