2. Providing basic services to the population of LAG-LOM and access to them in the areas of education, health and social care, science and culture, water and sanitation, energy supply, transport, public works, physical culture, sport and recreation;
3. Increasing the attractiveness of lag-LOM territory by renovating infrastructure
