Completed/terminated procedure

The measure will contribute to the achievement of Objective 3 of EU Regulation 1305/2013, namely to achieve balanced territorial development of economies and communities in rural areas, and directly contributes to the achievement of Priority Axis 6B to strengthen the territorial competitiveness of rural areas by improving the quality of life and business conditions of Objective 3 of the RDP 2014-2020 - Socio-economic development of rural areas providing new jobs, reducing poverty, social inclusion and better quality of life.

The objectives of the measure are:

- Conservation and development of local identities / cultural heritage, lifestyle, food, products, music and fine arts, history, crafts, customs and rituals, traditions, etc./ in order to valorise them, integrate them in the development of tourism, marketing, promotion and advertising;

- Ensuring local ownership of the importance of intangible cultural heritage and the importance of mutual recognition

- To look for modern forms and ways of promoting the non-material cultural heritage.

The main results of the measure will ensure the preservation of the spiritual and cultural life of the population, which is important for the development of rural areas. The measure will also help to make fuller use of the cultural and historical heritage, which will ensure a balanced development of the LAG's territory while preserving the local identity.

The measure chosen in the strategy matches the needs identified in the research and analysis of the territory, namely the financing of traditional community activities and the search for new modern forms of conservation of local identities and their development and transfer to the next generations; exhibition, socialization and valorisation of sites related to the cultural and historical heritage; the continuation of cultural enrichment activities on the territory.
