The purpose of the procedure is to contribute to improving the conditions for the conservation of endangered species ex situ, by ensuring the functioning of wildlife rescue centers. The procedure will support investment projects for the construction/upgrading/repair/reconstruction of the sites performing the functions of wildlife rescue centers, under Art. 39, para. 2, item 2 and Art. 104, para. 1, item 1 of the Biological Diversity Act (BDA), in accordance with Order RD-826/02.11.2012 of the Minister of Environment and Waters.
