The objective of the procedure is to create conditions for the full and effective participation of Bulgaria in the calls of the European COST Program for Cooperation in Science and Technology, as well as to strengthen the presence of the Bulgarian academic community within this program.
National co-financing under the European COST Program is aimed solely at supporting research activities for a specific COST Action, which are led by Bulgarian scientists who are members of the Management Committee (MC members) or working groups in the respective COST Action. National co-financing does not support coordination activities for COST Actions.
