Support for decommissioning will contribute to the adaptation of the fishing fleet to the fish stocks. The goal is to achieve a balanced fishing fleet that sustainably exploits the available fish resources, as well as the preservation of biodiversity in the Black Sea and the Danube River and for the protection of vulnerable species.
