1.	The application form is signed by the Promoter’s representative or duly authorized person	No
2.	The Partner is the predetermined one	No
3.	Partnership Agreement or Letter of Intent is submitted	No
4.	The application form and the budget are submitted in English	No
5.	All fields of the application form have been filled in	No
6.	The supporting documents listed in the Application Guidelines are attached to the application	No

1.	The Promoter under the procedure is eligible as defined in the application guidelines	No

1.	The application includes participation of a Bulgarian Partner	No
2.	The Partner has submitted the documents, indicated in the Application Guidelines	No
3.	The duration of the Initiative does not exceed the maximum permissible time according to the Application Guidelines	No
4.	The application meets the territorial scope requirements	No
5.	The amount of the grant requested is within the maximum amount, allocated for the pre-defined Initiative	No
