Open calls

1. Simplification and rationalization of the environment for implementation and control of the programs from the Partnership Agreement;

2. Reduction of the administrative burden and promotion of the use of simplified cost options (SCOs);

3. Approval and monitoring of the Roadmap for the development of the administrative capacity for EFSM for the period 2021-2027;

4. Improving the stability and quality of the administrative capacity of the System for managing funds from ESIF and EFSM (the System) by providing methodological support in connection with the implementation of the programs, as well as by participating in the development of the Academy for EU funds;

5. Building a culture of evaluation and improving the quality of evaluations;

6. Maintaining high levels of competence, motivation (including remuneration of employees) and commitment of the employees of the Central Coordination Unit (CCU) and of the employees of the network of 27 OICs to perform functions related to ESIF and EFSM;

7. Increasing the visibility of the support from the funds, as well as increasing awareness of the results and added value of the support under the programs.
