The procedure aims to increase the competitiveness of the enterprises in the territory of LAG Samokov, to increase the efficiency and productivity in the enterprises, by providing training of management staff in the business on the territory, training of staff, introduction of flexible forms of employment and support for the introduction of practices for improving human resources management systems, introducing innovative models of work organization in enterprises.
