The aim of the procedure is to overcome regional labor market disproportions as well as to increase the employment and labor skills of unemployed persons (including the disadvantaged on the labor market) from high unemployment regions by database of the Employment Agency for settlements where the unemployment rate is above the national average in the last year. The activities implemented under Component 2 will provide targeted support to employers providing social services, given the shortage of workforce working with persons from vulnerable groups.
