Completed/terminated procedure

The aim of the procedure is the qualification of employees in Bulgaria who have a contract of employment in enterprises outside the state administration and have average or lower education. After the passage of the training target group will have the opportunity for easier adaptation to the conditions of employment and to improve their quality of life. This will encourage employment growth in the country and career development for participating.

The operation will enable employees to acquire new or to expand their knowledge and skills through the acquisition of skills and key competencies.Thus, these individuals will increase the relevance of their skills to the actual needs of the business. In the long run, enabling them to acquire new or improve their professional knowledge and skills, the operation will provide premises and will facilitate continued employment or occupation of more quality jobs. The operation will focus on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market, namely those of working age who have secondary or lower education.
