The objectives are related to determining the specific levels of digital skills needed by employees to perform their daily tasks and support their acquisition, in accordance with the evolving digital technologies in different sectors of the economy in the country.

Operation Digital Skills Development is carried out in two components. Component 1 will develop a methodology for identifying the status and needs for development of digital skills / competencies and the requirements for the preparation of unified profiles of digital skills and will coordinate the overall process of determining the specific levels of digital skills needed by employees, compared to the developing digital technologies in the different sectors of the economy in the country. This will lay the foundation for the implementation of the activities of Component 2, within which the needs for digital skills by economic sectors will be researched and analyzed on the basis of the methodology developed in Component 1, unified profiles for digital skills will be developed, tested and validated. key positions and / or professions, as well as sectoral qualifications frameworks for digital skills development.
