With the current procedure of direct award aims at:
- To provide support for training of the employees of MLSP engaged in specialised areas of competence of MLSP - the labor market, social inclusion, equal opportunities, non-discrimination, working conditions, the demographic development, etc .;
-To increase the capacity of staff responsible for the development and implementation of policies in the above mentioned areas, incl. planning, monitoring and analysis in these areas and to improve the skills for taking adequate actions and decisions, and for more effective and efficient performance of their duties.
The planned/envisaged activities under this operation will improve the capacity of staff for the development and planning of strategic documents and legislation in accordance with the priority areas of MLSP as well as assessments/evaluation in the field of these policies.
