The main goal is to increase and improve the knowledge and skills of employees working in the social sphere through investments in training, which will contribute to increasing their expertise in line with the new challenges related to the effective and efficient performance of their official duties.

Through the implementation of the planned activities, the knowledge and skills of employees in the administration working on individual types of policies from the areas of competence of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy will be built and maintained, thereby ensuring targeted policies and quality service to citizens and businesses.

The procedure will build on the expertise of the employees of the Center for Human Resource Development and the methodologists and teachers employed at the Center to improve the processes of formation and implementation of individual policies of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. The teaching methodologies and techniques will be developed, implemented by the Center, as well as the rules and procedures for the implementation of the entire educational cycle. With the implementation of the operation, the Center for Human Resource Development will introduce innovative teaching methods and approaches in order to increase the effectiveness of working with adult learners.
