The main objective of the measure is to increase the quality of educational services , to improve the quality of education and to improve access to education for children and students from different marginalized backgrounds groups (ethnic minorities at risk of social exclusion and poverty due to a number of factors, etc.), in small settlements and hard-to-reach areas of the LAG STRUMA.
