This procedure of direct grant aid aims to prevent social exclusion, reducing child poverty by investing in early childhood development and support the activities of the created Social Inclusion Project (funded by a loan 7612BG by the International Bank for Reconstruction and development in the period 2008 - 2015) The integrated services for early childhood development aimed at children up to age 7 by vulnerable groups, incl. children with disabilities and their families and future parents.
The procedure aims to provide support to children in infancy and their families to improve access to health care, formation of parenting skills, improving the family environment, increasing the school readiness of children for inclusion in the educational system, as well as prevention accommodation of children in institutions. By improving the readiness of children for inclusion in the educational system and support for the formation of parenting skills among vulnerable parents, aims to limit and transmission of poverty between generations.
