Attracting and retaining leading scientists under the leadership of a European Research Area (ERA) Chair holder with the aim of building research teams in Bulgarian higher education institutions (HEI)/scientific organizations (SO) by increasing the attractiveness and improving the scientific capacity of the organization, as well as better integration into the ERA.
The procedure aims to provide funding for project proposals submitted by Bulgarian HEIs and HEIs that received a high score "above the thresholds" (10 and more points) from the European Commission (EC), but did not receive European funding due to budget constraints within the HORIZON-WIDERA-2023-TALENTS-01 competition session.
