The application form is signed by the Promoter’s representative or a duly authorized person. In case the application form is signed by an authorized person, an authorization document is provided.

The Partner is the predetermined one.

Partnership Statement or a Letter of Intent is submitted.

The application form and the budget are submitted in English

All fields of the application form have been filled in

The supporting documents listed in the Guidelines for Applicants are attached to the application

The Promoter under the procedure is eligible as defined in the Guidelines for Applicants

The application includes participation of a Partner

The Partner (s) have submitted the documents, indicated in the Guidelines for Applicants

The duration of the Initiative does not exceed the maximum permissible time according to the 
Guidelines for Applicants

The application meets the territorial scope requirements

The amount of the grant requested is within the maximum amount, allocated for the pre-defined Initiative
