The application form is signed by the Promoter’s representative or duly authorized person
The partner is the predetermined one
Partnership Statement or Letter of intent is submitted
The application form and the budget are submitted in English
All fields of the application form have been filled in
The supporting documents listed in the application guidelines are attached to the application
CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY OF THE APPLICANT
The Promoter under the procedure is eligible as defined in the application guidelines
CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY OF THE APPLICATION
The application includes a partner from a donor country
The donor partner (s) have submitted the documents, indicated in the application guidelines
The duration of the initiative does not exceed the maximum permissible time according to the application Guidelines
The application meets the territorial scope requirements
The amount of the grant requested is within the maximum amount, allocated for the pre-defined initiative
