The Application form is signed by the Beneficiary's representative or duly authorized person and by the representatives of the partners or duly authorized persons

If the Application form is signed by a person other than the official representative, the respective authorization  (duly signed) is present

CVs or descriptions of the relevant professional experience of the project management team members are submitted

The declarations for legal compliance are submitted by the applicant and the partner/s

A declaration for the use of consultant/s is submitted by the applicant / partner (if applicable)

A declaration on the VAT status is submitted by the applicant / partner (if applicable)

The proof for operational capacity is submitted (copies of contract/s of a similar nature)

Partnership agreement or Letter of intent (for the foreign partner) is submitted

The application form and the budget are submitted in English

All obligatory fields of the Application Form have been filled in

The supporting documents listed in the Application Guidelines are attached to the project proposal

The Beneficiary under the procedure is eligible – as defined in the Application Guidelines

The project includes a partner from a donor country (if applicable)

The foreign partner/s  have submitted the documents indicated in the Application Guidelines

The duration of the project does not exceed the deadline indicated in the Application Guidelines

The objectives of the project are in line with the Application Guidelines

The project proposal meets the territorial scope requirements

The project proposal includes the mandatory activities listed in the Application Guidelines

The target group defined in the Application Form is eligible

The amount of the grant requested is within the maximum amount allocated for the predefined project.
